The Asia Minor and Pontos Hellenic Research Center has been introducing to educators the true story of another Pontian Greek who during her childhood years experienced an uprooting from her home, village and homeland of over 2,500 years. At age ten, she also experienced the destruction and loss of her family during the expulsion to the interior of Turkey.
